MARKETING MANAGER

Our client is a fast-growing quick service restaurant retailer. Now we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will have a pivotal role for growing of the company. The person will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketing communications activities.

•             Graduated from Business Administration or related fields of prominent universities.
•             Minimum 5 years of experience about marketing food retailing, food and beverages or quick service restaurant businesses.
•             High level of decision-making ability who can analyses the relevant alternatives objectively, evaluate them and have action.
•             Proactive and takes initiative in cooperation with operation team who can develop suggestions/solutions independently.
•             Excellent marketing communication, social media management, digital channel management
•             Strong leadership skills for managing media, marketing, PR and digital agencies
•              Active user of popular social media including Facebook and Instagram
•             High level of reliability and creativity
•             No travel restriction
•             Good level of English
•             Driving license

İŞ TANIMI

•         The position reports to Managing Director
•         S/he will manage the story of the brand and leading perception of the brand by communicating through different channels
•         Planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketing   communications activities, while driving traffic and monitor sales growth.
•         Develops and maintains the marketing plan, tactics and resources to achieve brand and company goals
•         Develops and manages annual marketing event planner and calendar
•         Supervise local store marketing initiatives by developing training kits, content toolkits and program.
•         Ability to foster and develop media, marketing, PR and digital agencies
•         Develops and maintain social media strategy (develops campaigns to engage guests, team in responding to guest feedback and community engagement)
