Eti Bakır A.Ş. Mazıdağı Metal Recycling and Integrated Fertilizer Plants started its operations in 2018 with an investment of 1,2 billion USD in Mardin. Our investment is the largest private sector investment in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions.

Mazıdağı Metal Recycling and Integrated Fertilizer Plants Career Program as Management Trainee (MT) which designed to turn talented graduates into future leaders, our program will allow you to experience more than you could ever imagine in ten months. You will get up to speed with our operations and processes. Being an MT means more than getting involved in the day-to-day running of the company. As an MT, you will get exposure to real projects and challenges in a vibrant environment and gain real world experience. And you will work with and learn from the brightest and best in the industry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Senior students, max. 1 year experienced graduates or postgraduate students from reputable universities with a related following Bachelor’s degree:

- Chemical Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering

- Mining engineering

- Electrical and electronics engineering

- Mineral processing engineering

- Metallurgical and materials engineering

- Industrial engineering

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,

• Excellent interpersonal skills, organized and structured individual

• The military obligation must be postponed for male candidates; at least 2 years.

ABOUT OUR CAREER PROGRAM:

Our primary aim is to train professionals who will be part of our future management team. Every Management Trainee will be part of different assignments and training programs. In order to gain information about our different production processes. They will assist department operations, take active roles in improvement projects and prepare reports. Each management trainee also receive one to one and group coaching from our professional team.

LIFE AT OUR PLANT:

Our plant is located in Mazıdağı, a subprovince of Mardin. Distance between our plant and Mardin is 65 km, and Diyarbakır is 90 km. In order to accommodate our employees, we create 610.000 square meter facilities and apartments area near to plant. 

In this area, we have 224 apartment unit, a guest house with 45 room, a restaurant that serve free 3 meal each day to our employee, two fitness center, a sauna, a semi olympic pool, football, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, a picnic side, walking trails in a coppice forest, a kindergarten, playgrounds for kids, a pond, a supermarket, an eatry and hobby gardens.

Social and cultural life of our each employee is very important for us, so we organize different social and cultural events regularly. Be sure you will enjoy our facilities, social and cultural events.
