GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

•       Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering,
•       4+ years of experience as a software project manager,
•       It is essential that the Project Manager possess strong communication skills, including the ability to give persuasive presentations,
•       Ability to see the whole picture, and plan & execute the detailed plan,
•       Strong ability to explain complex technical topics and systems,
•       Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, tehnical group and other departments,
•       Self motivated with high energy,
•       Strong software projects aptitude,
•       Ability using initiative in cases,
•       Technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Including Word, Excel and Microsoft Projects,
•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English,
•       Availability to travel


İŞ TANIMI

•       Active involvement in the project initiation phase
•       Execution of projects in accordance with Project Management processes and regulation
  • Defining the scope, and keeping the scope in lin
    Constructing the project team
    Defining the Project Sponsor, and business stakeholders
    Scope, Communication, Time, Budget, and Risk Management
•       Reporting the project to upper management, project stakeholders in needed time intervals
•       Manage the baby sitting phase of the project, and deliver the stable product
•       Support the reports of the Project Management Office
•       Define&Coordinate the pocesses for the Project Management Office
•       Own Technical Analysis role in projects o project-like needs in cases, and manage whole cycle
•       Support innovaitons on PMO processes, systems, etc.
•       Support R&D with patents, articles, university associations etc
•       Relay on the regulational and legal rules while managing the projects

En az 4 yıl tecrübeli
Üniversite(Mezun), Yüksek Lisans(Öğrenci), Yüksek Lisans(Mezun), Doktora(Öğrenci), Doktora(Mezun)
İngilizce(Okuma : İleri, Yazma : İleri, Konuşma : İleri)
