Qualifications

•      Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Travel Agency Management
•      Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
•      Strong professional communication skills
•      Good command of English
•      Proficiency in MS Office applications
•      For male applicants, completion of military service is required
•      Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul

Job Description

•        Accurately and comprehensively enter contracted rates into the system once they are ready for sale
•        Set up promotional offers received from hotels in the system and monitor the relevant processes
•        Ensure the publication of promotional offers and related circulars
•        Process rate revisions, early booking updates and other relevant changes in the system
•        Monitor data accuracy and ensure that system information remains up to date
•        Support the efficient and timely execution of operational processes
•        Prepare weekly reports on completed tasks
