We are hiring an Operation Assistant  for İnspection Services at our Merter office in Istanbul.

• Upper-intermediate in written English
• University degree
• Good command of PC and MS Office applications
• Experience in planning and reporting 
• Excellent work ethics
• Fast learner, rigorous

Job Description 

• Assisting the Service Coordinator in the following context
• Communicating with customers and other parties
• Processing bookings on MS office applications and company software (EAOL)
• Scheduling services and organizing allocations
• Reviewing reports prepared by inspectors
• Uploading reports to EAOL and releasing reports on time
