Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing processes across global markets in line with the brand’s overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
• Work closely with international distributors, local partners, agencies and market teams to plan, discuss and coordinate 360° marketing activities across different countries.
• Ensure agreed marketing actions are effectively executed by coordinating with internal teams including Brand, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Product and Design.
• Develop and implement market-specific marketing plans based on local market dynamics, consumer behavior and business priorities.
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer analyses to identify opportunities, risks and growth areas across international markets.
• Plan and coordinate new product launches, go-to-market activities and integrated marketing campaigns in relevant countries.
• Manage localization and adaptation processes of global marketing assets including websites, product pages, advertising copies, campaign materials and digital content.
• Coordinate POP/POS materials, retail marketing activities, in-store communication and localized campaign requirements with international partners.
• Track the global marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns and market-specific activities are executed on time.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports and develop improvement actions based on insights and market results.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across different markets while adapting global strategies to local needs.
• Support the development of new market opportunities and contribute to international growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in International Marketing, Global Marketing, Brand Marketing or related functions.
• Experience in managing or coordinating international markets, distributors, business partners and/or local marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience in 360° marketing campaigns, integrated marketing activities and product launches.
• Preferably experienced in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare or personal care industry.
• Experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or store marketing operations is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of market localization, adaptation and international brand communication.
• Ability to manage multiple markets, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
