Since 2004, Exact Forestall has been providing quality control solutions in the automotive industry, including inspection, rework, sorting of components, and quality control of final products. Our main customers are suppliers serving the automotive industry and vehicle manufacturers.

 In addition, we provide similar services to customers operating in the home appliances and electronic components manufacturing industries.

 Currently, we have offices in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Türkiye, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, and China.

 This vacancy has been published for a Quality Engineer position within Exact Forestall Türkiye.

 We are looking for a Quality Engineer with the following qualifications to take part in our new and existing projects: Quality Engineer

  •Providing on-site support services to our global automotive customer regarding its customer complaint management process. 

 • Performing all services in full compliance with the customer's internal regulations, procedures, quality standards, and requirements.

 • Resolving EPAS-related quality and design issues, including ICA and PCA activities, at the end customer's site by communicating with the Incoming Quality, PVT, Launch and EOL teams, as well as the Quality and Engineering departments of our global automotive customer. 

 • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between the end customer and our global automotive customer throughout quality and technical issue resolution processes.

 • Identifying potential quality issues and taking the necessary preventive and corrective actions before they result in further problems. 

 • Leading and coordinating quality sorting and inspection activities when required.

 • Supporting the Quality Department in the preparation and completion of 8D reports. • Participating in and supporting quality and technical meetings held at the end customer's site, including FCPA, CMM, VQR and other relevant quality meetings.

 • Reporting all EPAS-related activities, quality issues, actions and developments to the responsible Customer Quality Manager.

 • Supporting the collection and compilation of technical and quality-related information at the end customer's site and on the production line in the event of problems or failures. 

 • Supporting technical investigations and performing CAN analyses when required as part of problem-solving activities.

 • Performing electrical tests and measurements, including electrical connections, power supply, GND and related electrical parameters, using equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

 • Measuring and analyzing BUS communication and DTCs, as well as recording, saving and analyzing CAN traces using PC-based tools and CANoe software.

 • Performing ECU flashing and software upload activities using PC and DET software. • Performing diagnostic activities using PC, CANoe and DET software. 

 • Cooperating closely with Quality, Engineering, Production and other relevant departments in order to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer-related quality and technical issues.

 • Performing other related duties and additional tasks in accordance with the individual instructions and requirements of our global automotive customer, particularly its Quality Department. 

 • Completing assigned activities within the deadlines determined on a case-by-case basis by the relevant customer teams.
