Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a Food Supplement Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for the new facility establishment and equipment-team building processes, the management and administration of the entire facility in our new investment in Food Supplements
• To ensure the preparation of all relevant procedures, instructions and documents regarding the factory setup and production processes
• Take responsibility in the production quality control process, equipment and capacity measurement calculations, R&D studies, technology transfer and product optimization studies
• To follow the technological developments in the sector and closely follow the applied production techniques and tools
• To analyze production plans and sales figures, to follow stock in the most effective way
• Manage alternative source validation processes
• Managing the purchasing processes for production equipment and all necessary consumables
• Controlling the OEE measurements in the fields and carrying out efficiency projects
• To produce improvement projects in production costs and to ensure efficient continuation of processes with norm staff work

Qualifications

• University degree preferably from Engineering or related departments
• At least 10 years of experience in the food, dietary supplement and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of powder mix, tablet filling and capsule filling production processes,
• Experienced in tablet and semi-solid pharmaceutical production and packaging processes
• Experienced in Production Filling Technique and Quality Control
• Experienced in certification processes such as GMP, HACCP etc. and experienced in 5S, TPM (Total Efficient Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Good command of English
• Experienced in team management
• Developed communication, planning and problem solving skills
• Have a business perspective
