About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Director to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the development and execution of our HR strategy in support of our business objectives.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Director will provide strategic leadership across all HR disciplines, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives while supporting sustainable global growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trusted strategic HR advisor to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team, providing guidance on organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and business transformation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global Human Resources strategy aligned with Farmasi's vision, values, culture, and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and all applicable employment legislation.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Production, Quality, and Health & Safety teams to support operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that supports business objectives, leadership capability, and workforce readiness.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Leverage HR analytics, workforce insights, and people metrics to support data-driven decision-making and organizational performance.
  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing global HR team capable of supporting the company's continued international expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility within multinational manufacturing or FMCG organizations.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Strong experience supporting complex manufacturing operations with both blue-collar and white-collar populations.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation, industrial relations, and HR governance.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent management, organizational development, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into effective people solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading employer branding, executive talent acquisition, and recruitment marketing strategies in competitive global talent markets.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
