 We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our Purchasing Department at our Headquarters located in Istanbul / Çekmeköy.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials used in production
• Conducting supplier negotiations regarding pricing, lead times, contracts, and commercial terms
• Developing and expanding the supplier base through alternative sourcing activities
• Performing cost analyses and contributing to cost reduction and optimization projects
• Monitoring market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks to ensure business continuity
• Coordinating procurement activities in line with production plans and inventory requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborating closely with production, planning, quality, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining sustainable supplier relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience in raw material procurement processes
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is an asset) and MS Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, results-oriented, and strong communication skills
