FGT -Fashion Group Textile Limited, located in Harbiye Istanbul , is a buying house , handling both strategic and operational purchasing for a Fashion Retail Group.

We are looking team mates for below job description and profile to develop our business further .

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure they are adhering to procedures for on-time shipments.
  

• Monitor and track the progress of productions & shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the production & shipment processes.

• Ensure an efficient communication among buyer and suppliers.
  

• Communicate regularly with suppliers to stay updated on new collections and offers.
  

• Collaborate with the procurement team to assess the quality and suitability of new collections/offers from suppliers.
  

• Maintain accurate records of supplier communications and shipment status.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent level communication in English is a must.

• Min 4 years experience in merchandising and vendor management or supply chain management.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of fashion trends and the retail industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Applications
