Senior Performance Marketing Specialist — Fate

At Fate, we build mobile apps for a global audience. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid user acquisition, improve campaign profitability, and help scale our apps across international markets.

You’ll manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels, combining analytical thinking with a strong understanding of creative performance and subscription-based mobile products.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple apps and markets.

• Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience testing, and daily campaign optimization.

• Evaluate performance using acquisition costs, trial and purchase conversions, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.

• Analyze the journey from ad engagement and installation to subscription and renewal, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and profitability.

• Build structured testing plans across channels, countries, audiences, creative concepts, and campaign setups.

• Work closely with our creative team to develop clear briefs, test new hooks and formats, and turn performance insights into actionable feedback.

• Identify creative fatigue and coordinate the production of new video, static, and carousel ad variations.

• Maintain reliable measurement by working with attribution, analytics, and product teams on event tracking and data quality.

• Monitor cohort performance and subscription revenue to guide scaling decisions.

• Report results clearly, explaining what changed, what drove performance, and what to test next.

• Explore new acquisition opportunities while managing testing budgets responsibly.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience independently managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, plus experience with TikTok Ads.

• Experience in mobile app user acquisition and a solid understanding of subscription business models.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear decisions.

• A practical understanding of mobile attribution, iOS measurement limitations, and differences between platform-reported and attributed results.

• Experience with tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, or comparable attribution and analytics platforms.

• The ability to evaluate advertising creatives and provide specific, useful feedback to designers and video editors.

• Strong spreadsheet skills for reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Strong English skills for campaign management, creative briefs, and international market research.

• Ownership, attention to detail, and the confidence to prioritize independently.

Experience with subscription analytics tools such as Adapty, product and paywall experimentation, or SQL is a plus.
