Senior Collection Merchandiser

We are looking for a Senior Collection Merchandiser to join Fateks Textile, a manufacturer and exporter of jerseywear garments for globally recognized brands.

The role will be responsible for managing the collection and sample development process from customer sketch / tech pack through to final sample shipment. This position acts as the main communication bridge between the customer and internal teams during the collection and sampling stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review customer sketches, tech packs, comments, and sample requests.
• Prepare clear internal instructions for fabric, pattern, sample room, printing, embroidery, accessories, and related teams.
• Follow the full sample development process from initial request to final sample shipment.
• Manage SMS / salesman sample follow-up according to customer deadlines.
• Track sample-related approvals, including fabrics, colors, lab dips, prints, embroideries, trims, and samples.
• Clarify missing or unclear information with customers when needed.
• Ensure a clear handover to the Production Merchandiser when the order moves to bulk production.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in collection merchandising or sampling follow-up within an export garment environment.
• Strong experience in women’s jerseywear collections.
• Good knowledge of sample development.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused working style.
• Proficient English for customer communication and meetings.
