Position Summary:

What you will be doing:
• Build and maintain excellent relationships by pro-actively investigating customers specific needs and by follow-up methods.
• Pro-actively provide accurate information and guidance via friendly and professional multi-channel communication.
• Provide the customer with solutions to exceptions and service issues, where first call resolution cannot be achieved perform the appropriate escalation to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Input accurate and timely system entries and use appropriate reporting tools to deliver any required standard reports.
• Identify and optimise any new business opportunities whilst providing exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

•Fluency in Turkish and English
•Computer literacy and ability to easily navigate between different screens and systems
•Excellent communication skills
•Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset to find the best solution for the customer
