   Now, we are looking for a Maintenance Chef with the following qualifications, experienced in the textile sector who is going to work in the Maintenance Team at Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ Nonwoven Fibertex Factory;

Required Skills

·      University degree in Engineering Departments preferably Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics

·      Having min. 5 years of experience in an industrial operation with responsibility for electrical installations and maintenance, mechanical works preferably in textile industry

·      Preferably, having experience on paper, cleaning papers or nonwovens production lines

·      Excellent command of written and spoken English (is a must)

·      Expert user of MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics Axapta knowledge

·      Having experience on PLC, Drives, Servomotors, Power Lines, Control systems

·      Knowledge about industrial communication protocols (Modbus, profinet, profibus )

·      Having knowledge and experience in Maintenance Techniques and Production and infrastructure equipment,

·      Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.

·      Advanced analysis and reporting capability

·      Will be able to work actively in service area and be willing to improve himself,

·      Taking active role in maintenance and failure activities,

·      Following the purchasing, warehouse and quality processes,

·      No military obligation for male candidates,

·      Be suitable for intensive work,

·      Have driving license and actively use,

.      Residing in Tekirdağ/Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or Kızılpınar districts,

Job Description

1- To prepare, follow up, perform and revise when necessary, planned and unplanned maintenance programs of in-plant machinery and equipment,

2- Before, during and after production, to ensure that the necessary systems work in the best way to make the production in accordance with the desired standards,

3- To ensure the elimination of mechanical and electrical faults and to plan and implement corrective actions in order to prevent the reoccurrence of the fault,

4- To follow the supply and up-to-dateness of the technical documents related to the facility,

5- Analyzing spare parts and supplying/supporting necessary spare parts,

6- To monitor maintenance performance indicators,

7- Reporting malfunctions and maintenance to maintenance manager,

8- To be responsable for electrical and mechanical maintenance team

9- To participate in planned maintenance of machinery and equipment within the factory,

10- In case of any failure affecting the operation of the factory, intervene when necessary or participate in the works with the maintenance team,

11- Report to the Maintenance Manager about the works performed,

12- To be responsible for the monitoring of the materials in spare parts warehouse,

13- Take part in the execution of the documentation related to the maintenance department,

14- To ensure the activities carried out in all parts of the workplace in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation and general Occupational Safety rules,
