Chief Financial Officer
About Job
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our headquarters on the European side of Istanbul, taking responsibility for key financial leadership and strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement the company’s financial strategies
Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning
Ensure accurate preparation of financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
Oversee compliance with tax, social security, and other legal obligations
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
Develop and implement risk management policies
Advise senior management on investment and financing decisions
Establish and monitor internal control systems
Lead, develop, and evaluate the finance team
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA are preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills
Advanced knowledge of Turkish Commercial Code, tax regulations, and international financial standards
Excellent command of English
