What does an “Senior International E-Commerce Category Specialist” do at FLO Group?

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and development of regional e-commerce websites and alternative sales channels, including marketplaces.
• Manage marketplace operations end-to-end, including product listing, product descriptions and visuals, new product creation, price updates, promotional banners and campaign execution.
• Work closely with the Planning team to ensure product availability, stock allocation, assortment planning and sales targets are aligned with business priorities.
• Monitor and analyze website and marketplace performance, including sales, stock levels, product availability, conversion rates and key performance indicators.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, providing actionable insights to improve sales performance.
• Follow up on product integrations, pricing accuracy, payment processes and operational issues across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Support the implementation of e-commerce campaigns, promotional activities and website content updates in coordination with Marketing and other relevant teams.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, IT, Marketing, Planning, Logistics and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous business growth.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of regional e-commerce and marketplace strategies.

If you think this job is a good fit for you and you meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in business and international environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• A strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and accountable approach, with strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
