We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Process Engineer. The position will be based on Sancaktepe / İstanbul and candidates should have the following qualifications:

 

•BSc Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Departments

•Fluency in English both written and spoken

•Good command of MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, SQL)

•Have min. 2 years experience in Automotive Industry

•Male candidates must have completed military service

•Good presentation and reporting skills

•Good persuasion and analytical skills

•Fast and accurate decision making skills

•Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

 

•Follow-up, reporting and taking remedial action on Road Side Assistance like,

- Analysis of the causes of failure on the road for the all vehicle groups,

- To make corrective action for the faults on the road by meeting with related departments,

- To take actions to improve and develop customer satisfaction processes and systems,

- Coordinating relations with Road Side Asistance (RSA) Company (12 dedicated employees)

- RSA employee trainings,

- Incentive reports (related RSA),

•Analysis of customer concerns with artificial intelligence,

- Reporting the results to related departments,

- Ensuring that the relevant departments take action on issues that cause customer dissatisfaction,

•To follow the results of customer satisfaction surveys and to take action when necessary (CRC and Road Side Assistance Surveys)

•Customer Relations 6 Sigma Projects

•Take Part launching and coordinating New Projects

•Close Relations with Dealers regarding reponsible processes
