For Our Turkey Head Office in Brand Department, we are looking for Branch Merchandiser who wants to be a part of this experience
Qualifications:
- University graduate
- Good command of English
- At Least 5 years relevant retail experience in a classic Allocation/Planning role within the fashion industry
- Strong financial and commercial business acumen
- Proven track record of effective stock management in a fashion business
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective, proven planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of competitors with the ability to form educated opinions to effect commercial decisions
- Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines, prioritizes and manages expectations, and multi-task.
- A high attention to detail
- Ability to manage key relationships effectively to deliver business strategy
- Understands the customer and responds effectively to their needs
- Have an understanding of the entire product life cycle from concept through to terminal
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong Computer skills namely in Excel
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and work cohesively with other core business disciplines/functions most notably – Retail Team, Visual Merchandising Team, IT and DC Team

İŞ TANIMI
Job Description:The Branch Merchandiser is responsible for maximising business profits through effective management of Store’s merchandise assortment through the product life cycle of the merchandise in each store groups including online. - Financial Accountability – Trading the Stores to Maximise Profit in each Grade/Store Type
- Range Management – Managing launch pack with Product Manager, managing stock once in store to ensure maximum sell thru and optimizing store product performance. Also managing sell thru of sale merchandise
- Store Optimization – Profitability by store and store type/group
- Stock Optimisation – Supply and Store - Optimise store performance by working with Allocation Analyst to ensure stock is allocated to store based on philosophy of right store, right stock, right time
- Clearance Management – Manage the flow of inventory out of Full Price stores and into the clearance channels
- Analysis and Reporting – Providing information to the relevant teams to assist in making informed, calculated decisions
- Team Management and Development – Maximise team performance through effective people management, management & development of Allocation Analysts
