Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for a Bellboy to join our team.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably graduated from Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related departments,
• Preferably experienced in international chain hotels,
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Strong communication and guest relations skills,
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented personality,
• Able to provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions,
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail,
• Capable of adapting to a dynamic hotel operation and intensive work environment,
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance,
• Good command of English,
• Valid driver’s license is preferred,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with their luggage,
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services,
• Handle luggage storage and delivery requests efficiently,
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements and local information,
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service,
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests,
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas and hotel entrance,
• Support guest satisfaction by providing courteous and personalized service,
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and Marriott International brand standards,
• Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through attentive and professional service.
