Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott
Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for aFront Office Manager to join our team.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields,
- Preferably experienced in international chain hotels and luxury hospitality brands, with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in front office management,
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest relations, reservations, and revenue management,
- Experience in leading and motivating front office teams in a luxury hospitality environment,
- Proficient in Opera PMS and other hotel management systems,
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills,
- Guest-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
- Team-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills,
- Flexibility to adapt to varying working hours and operational needs,
- Committed to Marriott International brand standards and sustainability principles,
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and oversee all front office operations in line with Marriott International and Autograph Collection brand standards,
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences,
- Supervise front desk, guest relations, concierge, and reservations teams,
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently,
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and daily operational performance,
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations,
- Train, coach, and motivate front office associates to maintain service excellence,
- Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analyses,
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards,
- Contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency through effective leadership and guest service strategies.
