Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for aFront Office Manager to join our team.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields,
  • Preferably experienced in international chain hotels, with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in front office management,
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest relations, reservations, and revenue management,
  • Experience in managing reception, concierge, guest services, and night audit operations,
  • Proficient in Opera, Micros, MS Office, and hotel management systems,
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,
  • Guest-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities,
  • Ability to manage team performance and maintain high service standards,
  • Capable of adapting to a dynamic hotel operation and intensive work environment,
  • Committed to Marriott International brand standards, guest satisfaction, and sustainability principles,
  • Good command of English,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage all front office operations in line with Marriott International standards,
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes,
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback and complaints effectively,
  • Coordinate front office, reservations, concierge, and guest relations teams,
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze front office performance indicators,
  • Support revenue management strategies by maximizing room occupancy and guest satisfaction,
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards,
  • Manage scheduling, training, development, and performance evaluation processes of the front office team,
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination between departments,
  • Provide leadership to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
