FOX DMC is a leading Turkey-based Destination Management Company providing B2B travel services to international tour operators. With a strong operational network and deep knowledge of Turkey’s destinations, we support our partners in delivering high-quality travel experiences. To strengthen our FIT operations, we are looking for an Operation & Reservation Executive who will manage daily reservations, prepare proposals, and support individual travelers on the ground.

Role Overview

The Operation & Reservation Executive will handle the end-to-end operational process for FIT guests, including quotation preparation, reservation management, guest communication, and coordination with suppliers. This role requires a detail-oriented, service-minded, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming FIT travel inquiries and understand guest needs.
• Prepare detailed quotations, itineraries, and proposals for international partners.
• Follow up on all pending inquiries to maximize conversion.
• Process reservations for confirmed bookings (hotels, transfers, tours, guides, activities).
• Maintain daily communication with FIT guests during their stay and ensure their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle last-minute requests, modifications, and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Track all bookings and inquiries within the CRM or reservation system.
• Deliver high-quality service aligned with FOX DMC standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operations, reservations, or customer service within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first approach.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured travel proposals.
• Comfortable working with reservation systems, CRM tools, and booking platforms.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under time pressure.
• Knowledge of Turkey’s destinations is an advantage.
