We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance Department at our Manisa Plant on a  6-month temporary contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from universities, preferably from the Faculties of Finance, Business Administration, or Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting in companies operating in the production sector,
• Good command of Microsoft Office as well as SAP,
• Living Manisa/İzmir region.
• Knowledgeable in preparing VAT, Withholding Tax, BA-BS, Stamp Duty, and Temporary Tax declarations.
• Experienced in VAT refund processes.
• Proficient in current tax, social security, commercial, and other financial legislation.
• Well-versed in general accounting, tax legislation, and the Uniform Chart of Accounts.
• Keeps up to date with current legislation; open to innovation and development.
• Result-oriented and responsible; works in a planned and disciplined manner.
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Highly competent in strategic and analytical thinking.
• Possesses strong time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and systematic in work.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Accountant you will;

• Following, recording, and controlling the company's entire accounting process within the framework of legal regulations.
• Collaborating with Certified Public Accountants (SMMM) and Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants (YMM) to prepare all declarations (Withholding Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Duty) and ensuring their submission and payment to the relevant authorities.
• Conducting general accounting record processes in accordance with legislation and procedures.
• Carrying out year-end closing procedures.
• Preparing and controlling fixed asset and depreciation records.
• Supporting the preparation of reports.
• Preparing monthly reports related to the area of responsibility.
• Preparing and controlling tax declarations.
• Ensuring that daily accounting records are made timely and accurately in the areas of responsibility.
• Preferably experienced in R&D accounting.
• Following up on investment incentive applications.
• Managing relations with the Tax Office and other public institutions
