Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and reporting skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with SAP QM experience considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), FMEA, MSA, SPC, and product development processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and 5 Whys Analysis.
• Preferably residing or able to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
• No travel restrictions.

Job Descriptions

• Participate in root cause investigations related to Incoming Quality Control (IQC), product and process non-conformities, and customer complaints, and implement or manage corrective actions within the assigned areas of responsibility.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
• Ensure the quality and sustainability of supplier and manufacturing processes, and actively participate in ongoing quality-related projects.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality measurement systems and quality control processes.
• Manage the measurement laboratory and related measurement systems.
• Prepare and maintain reports on all assigned activities.
