GAMAK was found in 1961 to fulfill needs of the Turkish industry for a critical component, the “Electric Motor”. In a very short time we accelareted production of the first domestic electric motor in Türkiye and became the market leader. Joın our growing Sales Team and play a key role in driving business growth in the industrial sector. Candidates will be considered for "Domestic Sales or Export Sales" roles based on their qualifications and suitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a manufacturing company or a related industrial sector.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English; knowledge of German, French, or Russian is considered an advantage (for export sales candidates)
• Proactive and result oriented approach with strategic and analytical skills,
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Have an open communication style
• Strong planning, organizational, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience
• Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is preferable
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Job Description

• Plan and conduct distributor and OEM customer visitsand ensure that the necessary follow-up actions are taken
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on sales quotations and proposals
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Prepare visit reports and submit them to management
• Coordinate between the factory and the distributors or OEM customers under his/her responsibility
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries and issues; coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Analyze and report competitor activities within the assigned territories.
• Represent the company at domestic and international trade fairs, depending on the position being considered.
