Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager for our factory in Kocaeli Çayırova.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar departmant
• Min 10 years of accounting and tax experience
• Knowledge in General Accounting Principles with Tax Regulations
• AX ERP knowledge 
• Ability to work with deadlines and structured reports
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical perspective
• Good communication skills
• Have a positive and constructive attitude

Job Description

• Reporting to GM
•  Provide opinions and support on accounting and tax issues
•  Following month-end closing procedures, follow up and check trial balance at the end
• Prepare balance sheet-income table and comparative tables after the closing of accounting to control net working capital
• Ensure that all invoices are recorded in a timely manner in accordance with the tax and the rules set by the company.
•  Ensure that supplier reconciliations are completed on time
•  Carry out temporary tax and annual corporate tax declaration every three months and to prepare the declarations and VAT refund reports
• Prepare necessary documents for the General Assembly of the Company
• Ensure that the accounting documents and legal books are archived according to legal obligations
• Preparing financial data requested from banks and other financial institutions
• Recording of incoming and outgoing payments
• Preparing periodic monthly, quarterly and annually reports for requests from government agencies or other administrations
• Managing company’s payment process, preparing and revising daily, weekly and annually cash flow plans
• Following up the letter of guarantee transactions and risks
• Meeting with legal advisor and financial advisor to communicate and go through documents and informing the senior management
•  Making improvements in accounting, tax and payment processes
•  Monitoring and ensuring that all the processes comply with the company procedures
• Managing the accounting team to ensure proper training and motivation and that they carry out their responsibility to the required standard - special focus on accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
