General Qualifications:

• Graduated from universities with a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields,
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar position,
• Proficient in English,
• Proficient in MS Office programs and learning management systems,
• Strong time management skills,
• High communication, coordination and organizational skills,
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Closely monitoring developments both domestically and internationally, along with trends in education.
• Knowledge about planning, tracking, and reporting,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed,
• Preferably living on the Asian side of Istanbul.

Job Description:

• Strategically determining and projecting training needs,
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define the scope of training content; managing training design processes with trainersand instructors,
• Continuously monitoring new applications, regulatory changes, regulations, and product updates to plan necessary training accordingly,
• Determining training calendars, training groups, and participants;designingtraining materials and effectively coordinating these processes,
• Planning training sessions and managing all related processes,
• Regular reporting based on detailed analyses of trainer performance, training outcomes, and efficiency.
