Budget & Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a Budget and Reporting Specialist for our company who will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on budgetary accounting and financial records. The ideal candidate must have a strong mathematical mind and an ability to think critically. You should also be knowledgeable about the legal regulations pertaining to budgeting.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Economics, Statistics or Finance.
• Experience in budgeting and credit control in an IFRS environment.
• Experience in Big 4 Audit Departments is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Experience in SAP is a plus but not must. The revelant skills will be teached during the implementation stage.
• As the organization is multicultural a good level of English both written and oral is a must.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Residency in Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking an active role in preparing periodical and ad-hoc management reports
• Support month-end and year-end processes
• Prepare monthly reports according to IFRS and follow up deviations from budget
• Taking part in preparation of the budget
• Preparing analyses of budget variances in terms of actual and forecast comparisons
• Collaborating with relevant departments for collecting accurate and timely data
• Assist all budget owners with completing budget requests and justifications
• Review financial books and reports, mark critical points and variances
