Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations in English.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with international customers and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business development reports.
• Follow market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with technical, sales, and project teams.
• Represent the company at international fairs, conferences, customer visits, and business meetings.
• Support the development and implementation of business growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate technical topics effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interest in business development, sales, and international business.
• Ability to communicate with international customers in a professional and confident manner.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Previous experience in business development, technical sales, or a customer-facing engineering role is a plus.
