Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled "Lawyer" to join a company operating in the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Holding a law degree,
• At least 5 years of active and continuous experience after completing the legal internship,
• Experience in the energy sector and knowledge of energy legislation,
• Experienced in contract drafting and negotiation,
• Good command of English,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Prone to teamwork, able to take initiative,
• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, fast and detail-oriented,
• Positive, proactive, with strong planning and follow-up skills,
• No travel restrictions,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description

• Preparing and reviewing contracts, analyzing risks and responsibilities, and managing negotiation and signature processes,
• Collaborating with Project and Operations teams throughout contract processes,
• Continuing contract negotiations with domestic and international stakeholders,
• Conducting legal risk assessments for existing and potential projects and reporting to relevant units,
• Ensuring coordination and communication with external law firms providing consultancy services,
• Managing legal processes in cooperation with local law firms involved in overseas projects,
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions, correspondence, and other related documents,
• Monitoring relevant legal regulations related to company activities and informing the relevant stakeholders.
