We are looking for a "Quality Assurance Director" to be assigned to our leading production company in the sector.

Job Description

• Responsible for the establishment, management and sustainability of Quality Management Systems
• Following the regulations regarding the Cosmetics and OTC products to be placed on the market and exported
• Develop and install processes, procedures and systems required to manage Quality activities; FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, cGMP and OTC
• Follow-up of Best Manufacturing Practices regularly
• Acting with the awareness that Quality Assurance processes are a part of the Quality Management System, ensuring an effective communication between Management and Production Team, ensuring that processes are carried out quickly and effectively
• Planning and coordinating all improvement and correction projects related to Product, Process and Quality Systems
• Preparation of reporting and documentation requested by the Senior Management
• To ensure the continuous improvement of quality awareness within the company and department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related departments
• 10+ years experience in Quality field within a multinational pharma, supplements or FMCG environment
• 5+ years experienced in international quality and regulatory experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of Management
• Having knowledge of US and EU Quality Assurance System Documentation
• Preferably having GMP, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 internal audit certificates
• Result-oriented, having analytical thinking, giving importance to teamwork and strong communication
• Strong leadership skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
