We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Staff member to join our Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our back office operations. • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with logistics, SAP, and logistics management.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Support the Operations team in daily administrative tasks and processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in all back office operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Utilize logistics management tools and SAP for efficient operations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise promptly.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the back office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support in logistics planning and execution.
