About Job
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Represantative to join our AFM Sales Team and support the continued growth of our global automotive aftermarket business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, leading business development activities, and contributing to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
This position requires a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry, excellent leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration across assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and manage contract discussions.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the automotive aftermarket or automotive components industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international customers and distributors.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts, engine components, friction products, ignition parts or other aftermarket product groups.
- Experience in strategic sales planning and commercial management.
