We are seeking a Site Timekeeper for our ongoing project within Tekirdağ, who can seamlessly adapt to a high-intensity and dynamic field environment, and flawlessly execute workforce tracking and administrative coordination.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma; preferably with timekeeping experience in construction sites or large-scale field projects.
• Proven experience in managing time control and attendance verification processes for large numbers of personnel and subcontractor workforces.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and attendance tracking software (PDKS / Personnel Attendance Control Systems) utilized on sites.
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and the intense pace of a construction site environment.
• For male candidates, completion of or exemption from military service.
• Advanced level of English proficiency for both written and verbal communication with foreign project partners.
