 Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Welding Engineer& Welding Coordinator
• Preferably  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience on ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085 standarts
• Proven experience in preparing, revising, and implementingWPS, WPQR, and WPQ,
• Ability to plan, perform, and report mock-up tests,
• Good command of English, capable ofdirect technical communication with customers,
• Preferably capable of performing and interpreting NDT methods (VT, PT),
• Experienced in technical documentation, reporting, and customer correspondence,
• Strong analytical skills, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team,
• Experience with quality control processes and standard operating procedures
• Project management and leadership skills
• Experince on FAI  process ,APQP, PPAP and PFMEA.
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminium and carbon steel projects,
• Experience working with international customers

 Job Description

• Managing and follow up of quality  control team activites. Daily quality inspection activies reporting to QA Manager.
• Preparation and management of welding procedures (WPS, WPQR, WPQ) and approval processes,
• Organization, execution, and follow-up of mock-up and testing activities,
• Providing technical support for welding and NDT activities during production and quality processes,
• Participating in and conducting FAI products welding technical meetings &quality issues meetings.
• Managing technical correspondence and documentation with customers,
• Ensuring compliance with EN standards & customer requirements and preparing related documentation.
• Participating in and conducting Problem Solving Meetings
