We are an international company operating in the mobile phone wholesale industry.

We are looking for a B2B Sales & Customer Support Specialist who will actively communicate with customers, follow up on orders, and take a role in expanding our customer portfolio.

Location: Office-based – Mall of Istanbul

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and email

• Send stock lists and price offers

• Follow up on quotations and orders

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers

• Actively search for new B2B customers and bring new clients into the company

• Take an active role in customer acquisition and business development

• Identify potential buyers, initiate contact, and turn prospects into long-term customers

• Support daily sales and customer operations

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English

• Able to use WhatsApp and email professionally for business purposes

• Organized, responsible, and result-oriented

• Experience in B2B sales or customer support is a plus

• Interest in international trade and mobile phone wholesale
