Turkey's leading aviation company is looking for Commercial Specialistlocated in Bahçelievler/Istanbul.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and other database/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong interest in understanding customer needs and expectations.
  • Results-driven team player with commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a structured manner.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to travel when required.
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempted.

Language Requirements:

     English: Advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

     Additional foreign language skills will be considered an advantage.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring professional relationship management and exceptional service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service offers for prospective and existing customers, and actively follow up on business opportunities.
  • Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations to support customer retention and business growth.
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities for business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, business opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of customer and commercial requirements.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports, analyses, and performance insights using reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
