From a small supervisory team at Istanbul (Yeşilköy) Atatürk Airport almost 45 years ago, we have grown into Turkey’s most extensive representation, supervision and management network. Since 1979, Gözen Air Services not only has expanded in terms of station numbers and scope of services but also established standards that attract and retain talented personnel. Turkey's leading aviation company is looking for Commercial Specialistlocated in Bahçelievler/Istanbul.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and other database/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong interest in understanding customer needs and expectations.
- Results-driven team player with commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a structured manner.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to travel when required.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempted.
Language Requirements:
English: Advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Additional foreign language skills will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring professional relationship management and exceptional service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service offers for prospective and existing customers, and actively follow up on business opportunities.
- Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations to support customer retention and business growth.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities for business development and strategic partnerships.
- Proactively identify customer needs, business opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of customer and commercial requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Prepare and present periodic reports, analyses, and performance insights using reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Support management in strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
