With more than 500 employees in 27 countries in Europe, Grafton employs more than 50,000 temporary and permanent professionals every year.  Our business partner, a global company operating in theTesting, Inspection, Certification (TIC) and Quality Assurance industry, is looking for an experiencedHSE Specialist to join its operations in Ankara.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company HSE standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive actions.
• Oversee workplace inspections, emergency preparedness, HSE training, and Permit-to-Work processes.
• Prepare and maintain HSE procedures, reports, and legal documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Promote a strong safety culture by providing technical guidance and working closely with both operational and office teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental Engineering preferred).
• Valid Class B Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate (mandatory);NEBOSH certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial HSE experience.
• Solid knowledge of risk assessment, legal compliance, machine and chemical safety, and HSE management systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
