We are looking for an " Import & Export Operations Executive" for our global partner operating in the Food Manufacturing industry.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Operations Executive to lead day-to-day international trade operations, with a strong focus on imports. This role requires end-to-end operational ownership, sound regulatory knowledge, and effective coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and compliant supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import operations from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate international shipments, freight arrangements, and customs clearance processes.
• Oversee trade documentation, import-related payments, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, support audits, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics providers, customs brokers, Finance, Planning, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in import/export operations and international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Audit experience is an advantage; food industry experience is preferred.
