We are looking for a “Information Systems and Digital Applications Engineer” for our financial sector business partner, for whom we provide consultancy services.
Job Description
Ensure the uninterrupted, secure, and efficient operation of the organization’s IT systems, manage user support processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Install, manage, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support and respond to user requests and incidents
- Maintain, update, and improve server, network, and system infrastructure
- Ensure system security in compliance with corporate security policies
- Support the development and enhancement of software applications and systems
- Manage backup operations and ensure data integrity and security
- Provide technical support for outsourced and third-party projects
- Monitor system performance and prepare operational reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network management
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server and database administration
- Familiarity with firewalls and fundamental cybersecurity practices
- Good command of English with active professional usage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
