We are looking for a Sales Engineer for our business partner, a company operating in the industrial sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in regional sales management within industrial sectors,
  • Preferably experienced in the automation industry, with a solid understanding of actuators, linear motion systems, and related industrial automation solutions,
  • Strong understanding of the industrial dynamics and market structure of the assigned region,
  • Ability to manage regional sales activities with the potential to lead and develop a sales team in the future,
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and provide technical solutions in the field,
  • Excellent relationship management skills with both existing and prospective customers,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

 Job Description :

  • Manage and develop sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve business objectives,
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand the customer portfolio,
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities,
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial solutions,
  • Manage regional sales targets and commercial activities in line with company objectives,
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers,
  • Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to regional growth and business development strategies,
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
