System Engineer

We are looking for an ''System Engineer" for one of our global business partners, which is one of the world’s largest independent commodities trading houses by turnover, creating logistics solutions that safely and efficiently move physical energy from where it is sourced and stored to where it is demanded most.

Qualifications

• Having a bachelor's degree,
• Good level knowledge and experience on Virtual server environments (VMWare,Azure),
• Experience managing and deploying Microsoft Windows servers,
• Experience and knowledge of Cloud Architecture is preferred,
• Experience with storage systems,
• MCSE certificate is preferred,
• Knowledge of Change Management and Incident Management procedure,
• Fluent in English (spoken and written),
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment,
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
• Enjoys teamwork, open to learning and follows up to date technologies using research skills.

Responsibilities

• Management, maintenance and installation of virtual server infrastructure and physical servers,
• System administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting,
• Managing systems according to established SLA (Service Level Agreement),
• Monitoring performance and maintain systems according to requirements,
• Fulfilling requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system,
• Oversee the personnel responsible to create, change, and delete user accounts per request (including Active directory and SharePoint),
• Transactions on M365 products (Intune, Exchange, One Drive ve Teams),
• Collaborate with Global IT.
