What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of functions, from specialist positions to senior leadership roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and talent mapping strategies for critical business functions.
- Drive sourcing activities through various channels and identify top talent in competitive markets.
- Utilize ATS platforms and recruitment technologies to optimize hiring processes.
- Analyze recruitment data and generate insights to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders on recruitment initiatives and best practices.
- Contribute to employer branding, university recruitment, graduate programs, and high-volume hiring projects when needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives and digital transformation within Talent Acquisition.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree,
- 4+ years of professional Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in large-scale or multinational organizations,
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently,
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while effectively partnering with hiring managers,
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills,
- Experience recruiting across diverse functions such as IT, Sales, Business, Operations, and Corporate Functions is highly preferred,
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies,
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting,
- Experience working with global teams and international recruitment processes is a strong advantage,
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment,
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
