Graduated from the Tourism and Hotel Management departments of universities,

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, 

Have advanced knowledge of English language, communication and coordination skills,

Strong written communication, good diction, 

Having sectoral and technical equipment, 

Open to innovations and presentable, 

Strong human relations and high persuasion skills, 

Guest satisfaction focused, 

Giving importance to teamwork, 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Storing reservation transactions and archiving information, 

Controlling reservations from the Sales Office, other departments and tourism agencies,

Control of group reservations informed by the sales department, 

Changing reservations and tracking cancellations, 

Having information about the sales methods, prices and contents of package prices,

Having information about the sales features of the rooms, 

Checking that reservation records are kept at the desired standards and checking the necessary cancellation and operation, 

Ensuring the necessary coordination with departments,
