Mechanical Design Team Manager

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Team Manager for our Engineering Department that located in Cayirova/Kocaeli.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven at least 6 years of experience related to transformer design
• Statistics knowledge
• Computer Skills (MS Office, PTC Creo, FEA (Creo Simulate), AutoCAD, ERP System)
• Material knowledge
• Manufacturing knowledge
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Mathematical/Calculation Skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and approve technical documents and mechanical design deliverables, maintaining a high standard of quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Participating in design review with customer or other internal functions
• Present and discuss new ideas in design stage
• Technical support to other departments and subsuppliers
• Follow-up loading within the department
• Follow-up performance of the team
• Develop and conduct internal training programs and promoting continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and standardization within the team.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration by actively engaging with electrical design, manufacturing, planning, testing, supply chain, and quality teams
