Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Executive professional to support the strategic and operational marketing management of Grup Baby’s portfolio. Reporting directly to the Marketing Head, this role will be responsible for developing and executing both long-term and short-term marketing strategies across multiple platforms and markets, ensuring brand consistency, customer focus, and performance orientation.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage brand identity, value propositions and positioning strategies.
Lead packaging design and user manual development for new product launches.
Organize and execute launch campaigns, catalogues, and POS materials.
Identify co-marketing opportunities and B2B brand collaborations.
Design and implement the annual marketing activity calendar (online & offline).
Coordinate fair stand projects and represent the company at exhibitions.
Regularly visit customers/stores and lead in-store brand visibility and presentation.
Coordinate SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, and performance campaigns.
Lead social media content creation, quarterly content plans and influencer collaborations.
Monitor and optimize e-commerce channel performance and contribute to website improvement projects.
Develop visibility and campaign strategies for retail locations.
Propose sales-driven marketing ideas based on field and data analysis.
Conduct SWOT and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
Draft internal and external communications (e.g., bulletins, brand announcements).
Analyse NPS surveys and customer feedback to drive product/process improvements.
Support cross-functional teams with insight-based action plans to increase consumer loyalty.
Regularly collect and interpret marketing, digital and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure data privacy and KVKK compliance in all marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
Fluent in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Google Analytics, Meta Business, and AI tools.
Strategic thinker with strong creative and analytical skills.
Familiarity with KPI/OKR systems and performance-based project tracking.
Excellent communication, time management and multitasking skills.
At least 6 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in FMCG.
Military service completed for male candidates.
No travel restrictions.
