HR Business Partner (Field)

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in Turkey and the East Mediterranean region. This role is essential in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and culture ,labor regulations.   Support business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational goals. Lead key HR processes: performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Provide advice on employee relations, labor law, and company policies in Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus. Use HR data (e.g. turnover, productivity, engagement) to identify issues and suggest solutions. Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Retail Managers on recruitment and onboarding. Collaborate closely with the HR Director to conduct training needs analyses, design development plans, and actively contribute to projects that strengthen employee capabilities. Support change processes during business growth, ensuring good communication and team alignment. Contribute to projects that improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and work environment.
