Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist professional to manage the accurate processing, control, and reporting of all operational expense invoices, ensuring full compliance with financial procedures and supporting the smooth financial operation of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- To control and record all operational expense invoices against purchase requests or contracts, ensuring no invoice is processed without a corresponding request or agreement,
- To review all pricing on expense invoices and issue credit/return invoices where price discrepancies are identified,
- To process and report water, electricity, and rent invoices for staff accommodation,
- To record monthly expense accruals,
- To perform monthly reconciliations with intercompany entities,
- To carry out duties in compliance with all safety measures specified by the hotel and required by law,
- To adapt to any changes within the department in line with the hotel's needs.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office,
- Strong team-working ability,
