What are we looking for;
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior Sales leadership role, preferably within an international luxury or upscale hotel brand.Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.Strong knowledge of the local market and the hospitality industry. Proven experience in developing and executing successful commercial and sales strategies.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, revenue performance, and commercial KPIs.Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Professional appearance with outstanding representation skills. Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Delphi, OnQ, Cvent, or other hotel sales and CRM systems is considered an advantage.Previous experience within Hilton Hotels & Resorts or another international hotel brand is highly preferred. • Years of Experience
